60-minute group training focused on building strength and creating efficient energy systems.

  • warmup & Activator - get mobile and prime your neuromuscular connections with fun challenges

  • strength - compound and accessory movements programmed to build strength and power, while creating space in your body to move through multiple ranges of motion

  • conditioning - from short, max out efforts to paced, controlled cycles, our focus is developing efficient hearts, lungs, and bodies

if we are open, you are welcome! Want to try your own workout? or are you short on time? open gym allows you to move at your own pace, while having a coach available to assist with any questions.

a balanced body is what leads to your full potential. You will see some power flow classes to increase mobility and body awareness. along with a class dedicated to restorative yoga - because you have to rest as hard as you work!
